Designed as a party-sized prepared mix that is packed with the tastes of a festive period, making it perfect for hosting a festive gathering. Reserve the remaining syrup you can use for morning drinks, sweets, or to make another batch of the drink.

Yields 10 people
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
To make the Drink (yields 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (see above)
A few cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
For the Cordial: Combine every ingredients inside a pot, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. After that, turn off the heat allowing it to cool down entirely. Transfer into an sealable bottle, cap it keeping it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to a month.
Preparing the Cocktail Base: Mix all the liquids in a large bottle, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then strain best through a fine cloth, so it's perfectly clear.
To serve: Pour 85ml from the cocktail base into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and stir gently for a minute to cool it down. Strain into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, decorate with some cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of mandarin oil over the top.
