And I count on our allies.” European Authorities Advocates €140 Billion Reparations Loan The EU executive still hopes to convince member states – including Belgium, that continues to bloc the proposal due to legal fears – to proceed with a €140 billion financial compensation using Moscow's immobilized funds.
